Kansas Supreme Court Lets Kline Keep Abortion Records

The Kansas Supreme Court decided Friday to allow Phill Kline, outgoing district attorney for Johnson County, Kan., to use the medical records of women treated at a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in his case against the clinic.
